A perfect recipe to make people smile

So the hartjes-poffertjes-bak-fiets was up and running for its first big event!

We cycled to a strategic spot (the local busdrivers thought so, too) on Terschelling, loaded with ingredients. Not only for normal hartvormige poffertjes, but also for pesto-poffertjes, cinnamon-honey-poffertjes and even pink poffertjes.
Our warm and tasty heart shaped poffertjes turned out to be a welcome surprise for everybody who had been cycling along on a rainy and windy Terschelling. The people on Oerol loved our poffertjes - and us!
